Brand identity for Just Ice Jewels, an upcycled and sustainable jewelry shop that donates 50% of profit to organizations focused on
youth restorative justice. Currently, they are donating to the See Forever
Foundation/Maya Angelou Public Charter
School in Washington, D.C., a focused on providing education and support to youth involved in the juvenile justice system.
The color palette was a major piece of the identity campaign. The palette needed to be vibrant and exciting enough to stand out,
and intentional enough to reflect the mission. The main colors of the brand are purple and orange. Purple is used to suggest both
social advocacy and rarity, reflecting the core missions of the brand: restorative justice practices and one-of-a-kind, sustainable
jewelry pieces. The bright red-orange is linked to optimism and youthfulness, symbolic of the hope for justice-involved
children to recieve the support and resources they need for a brighter future.
